Yisroel S. Schwartz is the founding principal of Y. Schwartz PC.  Prior to starting the firm, Yisroel spent over a decade  engaged in the practice of commercial real estate law, first, as an associate in the real estate departments of leading national law firms Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and Schiff Hardin LLP, and then most recently at Blaivas & Associates, P.C.

Yisroel's practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including the  purchase, sales and financing of office, retail and development properties, retail and office leasing, and complex joint venture/partnership structuring.
